Bel’s Organic traces its roots back to 2013 when its visionary founder, a Kenyan woman and farmer with a keen business acumen, embarked on a mission to revolutionise kitchen practices. Beginning in her own kitchen, she crafted ginger and garlic pastes that not only simplified culinary tasks but also elevated nutritional content, offering a convenient alternative to the traditional pounding method. The journey started with local grocery store distribution, gradually expanding to prominent supermarkets like Nakumatt, Uchumi, and Tuskys, to the current ones such as Carrefour, Naivas, Quickmart, Zucchini, Greenspoon etc.

The product range evolved to include composite maize flour blended with cassava, millet, and sorghum, enriching Kenya’s staple food with enhanced nutrition. This innovation quickly resonated with health-conscious consumers and young mothers seeking healthier alternatives for their families. Amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bel’s Organic’s pastes gained popularity for boosting immunity and preventing colds.

From its humble kitchen origins, the brand has transformed into a household name on supermarket shelves, embodying the resilience of an African mother and a commitment to providing nutritious options for everyday living.
